Terms of Use

These terms govern access to bookindz.com and the BookInDZ app. By using the service you agree to them. The privacy policy also applies.

1. Publisher and purpose

BookInDZ connects travelers with partners (cars, stays, activities) in Algeria. BookInDZ does not own each listing: the rental / service contract is with the partner unless stated otherwise at booking.

2. Access

• You must be 18 or older.
• The app is on Google Play and the App Store.
• You are responsible for accurate account information.

3. Bookings and payments

Prices, availability and cancellation rules shown in the app at booking prevail. Payments may be in EUR, USD, DZD or cash on arrival, depending on the offer. Online payments go through Stripe or Chargily.

4. User duties

• No illegal, fraudulent or defamatory use.
• Respect people and property during rentals and activities.
• Partners must provide truthful listings and honour accepted bookings.

5. Intellectual property

BookInDZ brand, logo, texts and visuals are protected. Apple, Google Play and other marks belong to their owners.

6. Liability

We try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee no errors. To the extent allowed by law, BookInDZ is not liable for a partner’s or traveler’s conduct. The site may be unavailable for maintenance.

8. Governing law

Algerian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Béjaia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence.
